Our Owner/Broker:
Taylor Fitterer has been a licensed Realtor since 2002 listing and selling homes in the Brainerd Lakes area until opening RPM Deluxe in 2015. Since that time, RPM Deluxe has grown to be the largest property management company in the Brainerd Lakes area, servicing a 30-mile radius. Taylor’s key to success is “Treat people the way you want to be treated”

Our Front Office Admin:
Sharon began working at Real Property Management Deluxe in 2023 as an Administrative Assistant. She came to the office with 20 years of office, customer service and account representative experience. Outside of the office, she is married, has two adult children and five grandchildren.
Our Office Manager:
Adeline has been with Real Property Management Deluxe since June of 2017. She came to the office with almost 20 years of office, bookkeeping, payroll and tax experience and the last 7 years of that as an Office Manager. Outside of the office, she is a mom to 4 kids and also helps manage the family farm with her husband. She enjoys being able to help families find affordable housing for them and their families.
Our Billing Professional:
Melissa has been with RPM Deluxe since 2023 as a billing assistant and lease renewal specialist. She has over 15 years of bookkeeping and financial experience. Outside of the office, she enjoys time outdoors and spending quality time with friends and family.
Our Leasing Professional:
Justin is new with us here at RPM Deluxe. However, he is ready to get the job done. With five years of experience in tech installation & troubleshooting. Justin has already started to pick up on what makes a home a home, and getting the answers to whatever questions arise. While being grateful he gets to show affordable housing for anyone who comes a-knockin.
Our Maintenance Coordinator:
Taylor joined RPM Deluxe August 2023. She has a few years’ experience with restoration/ remediation and various maintenance work. Outside of the office, she enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with her family. Taylor enjoys being able to help our tenants preserve and maintain the condition of our rental properties.
